William Joe Hubbard

Lenoir, NC- Mr. William Joe Hubbard, age 53, of Lenoir, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at his home. Born on October 21, 1958 in Caldwell County, William was a son of the late Frank and Ruby Bowman Hubbard. William was Baptist by faith and had worked in the furniture industry for many years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Williams; and a brother, Eugene Hubbard. Survivors include his son, Josh Hubbard of Lenoir; four sisters, Lois Thompson of Morganton, Joyce Ann Ross of Lenoir, Linda Tester of Lenoir, and Brenda Hudson of Little Rock, Arkansas; a granddaughter, Ava Hubbard; William is also survived by numerous other relatives. A celebration of William’s life will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service & Crematory.
