Tiffany Pennell

Tiffany Jane “Boss” Pennell, age 40, of Lenoir passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at her home. Born September 19, 1981 in Caldwell County, Tiffany was the daughter of Gary and Sylvia Green Pennell. Tiffany was Baptist by faith. Tiffany enjoyed watching football and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She loved listening to country music. During the summer, she enjoyed water rafting and camping. One of the things she enjoyed most was working with Focus, an organization that helped abused boys. Most of all, she loved her daughters above anything else. Tiffany will be remembered as outgoing and letting others know that there was always hope. In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her two daughters, Brooklyn Moody (husband Zachary) and Hailey Lackey; a brother, Garry Dean Pennell; she is also survived by numerous other relatives. A memorial service celebrating Tiffany’s life will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Ken Atkins officiating.
