Melissa Anne Greer

Lenoir,NC- Melissa Ann Greer, age 45, of Lenoir, passed away on June 11, 2010, at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Ms. Greer was born May 14, 1965, in Caldwell County to Alfred Greer and Shirley Bentley Caudill. Ms. Greer was predeceased by her grandson, Julius Alexander Dula. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her close friend, Alan Oliver; her step father, Kenneth Caudill; three daughters, Alicia Greer, Misty Stewart, and Stephanie Gordon, all of Lenoir; two sisters, Cynthia Howell and Loretta McFarland, and husband Terry; nine grandchildren, Rylan White, Nathaniel Mitchell, Nathaniel Poore, Emalee Craig, Tristian Greer, Heaven-Lee Dula, Makaila Gordon, Nobel Dula, Daniel Stewart; nieces, Felicia Stewart, Amanda McLean, Sasha Holder, and Layla Hargis; and numerous great- nephews and great-nieces. A celebration of Ms. Greer?s life will take place on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at 2:00 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Kevin Stewart officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service at Blue Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 16, 2010, from 1:00 until 2:00 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service.
