James Carl Hoyle

Lenoir, NC- Mr. James ?Jim? Carl Hoyle, age 74, of Lenoir, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2010 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Mr. Hoyle was born in Caldwell County on October 15, 1935 to the late Earnest and Maggie Bolick Hoyle. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, David Hoyle. Mr. Hoyle is survived by his wife Earlene Triplett Hoyle; his son, David Hoyle and wife Cathy of Lenoir; step-daughters, Cindy Teague of Wilkesboro and Tammy Milhorne of Hudson; and step-son, Mark Coffey and wife Debbie of Hudson; brother, Don Hoyle of Lenoir; two grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Mr. Hoyle will be Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 3:00 at Poovey?s Chapel Baptist Church with the Reverend Nicky Waters officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pall bearers will be Phil and Tyler Case, Dylan Milhorne, Mark Coffey, Brent Chapman, and Randy Gordon. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 from 2:00 until 3:00 at Poovey?s Chapel Baptist Church. The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Poovey?s Chapel Baptist Church Building Fund, 2822 Poovey?s Chapel Church Road, Hudson, NC 28638.
