Helen Honeycutt Robbins, 80, of Lenoir passed away on March 1, 2022 at her home. Helen was born on January 28, 1942 in Caldwell County to the late William and Stella Honeycutt. Helen was married to Kenneth Robbins for 60 years.She was a member of Clover Baptist Church. Helen enjoyed spending time working in word search puzzles, talking on the phone with friends, and watching after her grandkids. Helen’s pride and joy was in her dog Molly. In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her siblings: Reba Blancet, Faye Honeycutt, and Floyd Honeycutt. She is preceded in death by her nieces: Denise Blancet and Anita Blancet; and her nephew Russell Honeycutt. In addition to her husband, Helen is survived by her children: Sherry Robbins (Karen); Lynn Robbins; Greg Robbins (Cindy); Melissa Trivette; and Scott Robbins (Melissa). She is survived by her sister Lois Treadway. Helen is survived by her seven grandkids: Jason Burchette, Chasity Shull, Drew Robbins, Kali Robbins, Kolbi Robbins, Matthew Trivette, and Haven Trivette. She is survived by her five great-grandkids: Hailey McCall, Rileigh Burchette, Gracie Felver, Brooklyn Shull, and CJ Nelson; as well as, several nieces and nephews. There will be a service held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Evans Funeral Chapel, officiated by Pastor Randy Church. Serving as pall bearers will be: Jason Burchette, Drew Robbins, Johnnie Shull, James Lineberger, Brit Wilkinson, and Darrin Price. The family will receive guests from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the American Cancer Society. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
