Connelly Springs – Mr. William Harry LeFeavers, age 45, of Connelly Springs, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Blue Ridge Health Care in Valdese. Born July 14, 1970 in Catawba County, he was the son of Coy Edgar and Bertha Juanita Curtis LeFeavers. William was a kind and tenderhearted man. His greatest love in life was his wife Patty. Not a day went by he didn’t tell her he loved her. William loved his grandchildren and his family very much. He liked to watch old shows and was particularly fond of Star Trek and Happy Days. He would constantly listen to the Rooster Teeth Podcast and watch tennis. Other than his parents, he is survived by his wife of 13 years, Patricia LeFeavers, four children, Heather Mitcham, Whitney Hall and husband Michael, Amy James and husband Cody, Lance Richardson; one sister, Penny Smith and husband Patrick; his Aunts, Ruby Curtis and Carolyn Huffman and husband Tommy and Uncles, Alfred Bumgarner and wife Lucille and Ray Curtis and wife Evelyn. He is also survived by his Grandchildren, Bradley Mitcham, Madison Andrews and Landon James. A celebration of William’s life will be held at 12:00 Noon Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Reverend Jody York officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:30 until 7:00 PM at Evans Funeral Service in Lenoir. Pallbearers will be: Patrick Smith, Cody James, Lance Richardson, Gary Sturgill, Michael Hall and Ben Baker.
