William Kerry Davis

Vale, NC- Mr. William Kerry Davis, age 42, of Lenoir, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at his home. Born October 29, 1969 in Randolph County, North Carolina, William was a son of Martha Coley Kinney and the late, Charles Davis. William attended the Community Sunday School lead by Steve Abernethy and also the Ramseur United Missionary Church lead by Pastor Richard Hill. He enjoyed spending time with his kids, fishing and enjoyed having tattoos. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Irene Kinney, Irene Davis and Margaret Coley. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Barbara Hill Davis of the Home; his children, William Kerry Davis Jr., and Harley Marie Davis of Lenoir; four sisters, Tammy Street, Marsha Davis, Keisha Davis, and Brandy Davis Bare; a brother, Frankie Davis; William is also survived by numerous other relatives. A celebration of Williams’ life will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Ramseur United Missionary Church at 2:00 PM with Pastor Richard Hill officiating.
