Willard Laws

Lenoir- Mr. Willard Laws JR, age 79 passed away suddenly at his residence on April 5, 2016. He was born on April 10, 1937 to the late Willard and Dorothy Laws Sr. He was also preceded in death by his brother Burl Laws and his son Michael Laws. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Wilcox Laws of twenty three years of the home. He has three children, Mark Laws of Lenoir, Debra Verran and husband Greg of Lenoir, and Michelle Trivette of Peoria, Illinois. He is also survived by his brother Tony Laws and wife Dorris of Lenoir. The special joys of his life were his five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews too numerous to name. He loved music and he played the bass guitar with his brothers. A celebration of Mr. Laws’s life will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Advent Christian Church. The family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
