Wayne William Hamacher

Wayne Hamacher, 79, of Hickory passed away on March 23, 2022 at Hickory Falls Health and Rehabilitation Center. Wayne was born on January 10, 1943 in Ohio to the late Delmar and Bessie Hamacher. Wayne has been married to Dorothy Hamacher for 43 years. He enjoyed hobbies such as working with wood, reupholstering furniture and miscellaneous items, creating crafts, listening to music, detailing his vehicles, and organizing everything perfectly. Wayne loved to spend time with his friends and family. In addition to his parents, Wayne is preceded in death by his brother. In addition to his wife, Wayne is survived by his daughter Kim Telles and husband Martin. He is survived by his step-sons: Wayne Richardson and wife Mary Ellen, Rodney May and wife Darla, and Jeff Murphy. He is survived by two sisters, one brother, one sister-in-law, one brother-in-law, eight grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren. Evans Funeral Service is serving the family of Wayne Hamacher.
