Wanda Sue Britt

Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Wanda Sue Sipes Britt, age 52, of Lenoir, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2011 at the Carolinas Medical Center North East in Concord. Born April 19, 1959 in Caldwell County, Wanda was a daughter of Hazel Beaver Sipes and the late Noah Bud Sipes. Wanda had worked in the furniture industry at the Kincaid furniture plant and had also worked as a news carrier for the Lenoir News Topic. She was also a member of the Bethel Advent Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James Harold Britt of the Home; a sister, Linda Sipes of Lenoir; she is also survived by numerous other relatives. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Bethel Advent Christian Church Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Burnett officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church.
