Wade Leonard Smith

Wade Leonard Smith, 81, of Dudley Shoals passed away on April 6, 2022. Wade was born on April, 29, 1940 in Alexander County to the late Claude and Bertha Smith. He was married for 59 years to Barbara Smith. In addition to his parents, Wade is preceded in death by his sisters: Estelle, Ruby, and Sadie and his brother J.W. In addition to his wife, Wade is survived by his three children: Wendy Hamby (Jerry), David Smith, and Darren Smith. He is survived by numerous grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Dudley Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery. Evans Funeral Service is serving the family of Wade Smith.
