Virginia Greer Pritchett

Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Virginia Greer Pritchett, age 45, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Watauga County on May 10, 1967 to Robert E. Greer and Shirley Norris Greer of Lenoir. Mrs. Pritchett was married to Kenneth S. Pritchett of the residence. Mrs. Pritchett earned an Associate’s Degree in early childhood education and was working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She enjoyed her job working with Childcare Providers at the Children’s Resource Center of Catawba County. She was an active member of Tabernacle Advent Christian Church where she enjoyed working with youth and was active in supporting the Advent Christian Denomination. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her sons, James and Jacob Pritchett, of the home; brother, Robert E. Greer, Jr. and wife, Lisa, of Taylorsville; and sister, Elizabeth Callaway and husband, Chris, of Lenoir. A memorial service will be held at Tabernacle Advent Christian Church on Wednesday March 6 2013 at 2:00 with Pastor Frank Hall officiating.
