Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Virginia Oaks Neighbors, age 84, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Caldwell Hospice in Hudson. A graveside service will be held at Lenoir Church of Christ Cemetery on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 11:00AM with Pastor Paul Nygard officiating.
