Tommy Lynn Watson

Lenoir, NC- Mr. Tommy Watson, age 45, of Lenoir, passed away at his home on June 14, 2010. A native of Watauga County, he was a son of the late Billy Dean and Hazel Huffman Watson. He worked as a finisher in the furniture industry. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed riding his bike. Tommy is survived by his son, Tyler Watson of Deep Gap; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Mitchell Watson of Avery County, Billy and Carrol Watson of Vilas, NC, Jeff Watson of Lenoir, and Tim and Karen Watson of Lenoir; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lisa Barker of Lenoir, and Rosie and Doug Walsh of Bradenton, FL; a special friend, Debra Haney of Lenoir; he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service celebrating Tommy?s life will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Shulls Mills Baptist Church with Reverend Tim Coffey officiating.
