Thomas "Lynn" Seagle

Thomas ”Lynn” Seagle, age 66, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on September 23, 2022. Lynn was born on August 27, 1956 to Thomas Ballard Seagle and Mary Lou Seagle. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rita Seagle; sons, Aaron Seagle and Billy Toon (wife, Tonia); brother, Terry Seagle; grandchildren, Brooklyn Toon, Alexis Adkins, Zoe Adkins, Kaleb Toon, Ashley Villanueva, Kimmy Harrison, and David Branham; and three great grandchildren. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Lynn retired from Wallace Sheet Metal and Roofing of Hickory. He served as secretary/treasurer and Sunday school teacher at Walking By Faith Baptist Church. He was a social butterfly and never met a stranger. enjoyed singing, playing his guitar, camping, riding motorcycles, helping other people, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 3:30PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service in Lenoir with Pastor Marvin Ford and Ray Main officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:30PM to 3:30PM. Burial will follow at Walking by Faith Baptist Church Cemetery at 2984 Playmore Beach Rd Morganton NC 28655.
