Terry Lee Morgan

Lenoir – Terry Lee Morgan, Sr. age 66, of Lenoir, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory. Born November 19, 1949 in McDowell County, he was a son of the late Dennis Lee and Ollie Mae Jenkins Morgan.Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Dean Morgan and Vernon Morgan.Terry was a US Army veteran and a retired long distance truck driver. He was a classic antique car and gun enthusiast.He is survived by his wife, Doris Haney Morgan; his son, Terry Lee Morgan, Jr. and wife Dana of Lenoir; one sister, Wanda Hoffman and husband Jack of Icard; one brother, Gene Morgan and wife Wanda of Marion; a sister-in-law, Wilma Morgan of Marion; three grandchildren, Olivia, Trey and Rylee Morgan along with several nieces, nephews and other relatives.A Graveside Service will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at East Flat Cemetery with Reverend Billy Mitchell officiating.
