Tammy Lynn Benge Cassels

Tammy Cassels Lenoir, NC- Tammy Lynn Benge Cassels, age 38, passed away on April 5, 2013. She was born in Caldwell County on January 13, 1975 to Jerry Wayne Benge, Sr. and the late Sue Jones. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her brother, Scott Benge and grandmothers, Daisy Jones and Virginia Pope. Other than her father, she is survived by her stepmother, Clara Benge; sisters, Jessica Berry, Amanda Haas, Jeanie Jones Coltson; brothers, Rusty Jones, Jerry Benge, Jr. and Jason Benge; step-brother, Joseph Hicks; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Pisgah Baptist Church on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 12:00 with Pastor Ronnie Miller and Pastor Michael Greene officiating. The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to the Shelter Home of Caldwell County, P.O. 426, Lenoir, NC 28645.
