Sylvia Lillian Juanita Felts Coffey

Sylvia Lillian Juanita Felts Coffey, 60, of Lenoir, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 8, 2024.

She was born on January 5, 1964, to the late Ivory and Virginia Felts.

In addition to her parents, Sylvia is preceded in death by her sisters, Shirley, Wanda, and her brother, Steve.

Those left to cherish her memory are her life partner of 21 years, Gerald Plunk; daughter, Jennifer Coffey; grandson, William Ivory Joseph McMahan; sisters, Betty, Patsy, numerous other relatives.  There are also furry companions that are left to cherish Sylvia, Bella the canine, and two cats, Miranda and Hoover.

Sylvia was an avid gardener, she loved her flower beds, enjoyed the scenery of the mountains.  She made sure to never miss a game of Bingo on Friday and Saturday night with Betty and Lynn.  Bella, Miranda, and Hoover were her four-legged family and she loved them so. Her family and her grandson, Ivory were her world and she was their world.  Sylvia will be dearly missed.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Evans Funeral Service at 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
