Stanley Reese

Granite Falls, NC- Mr. Stanley Nathaniel Reese, age 57, passed away on October 24, 2016 at his home. Born July 21, 1959 in Caldwell County, Stanley was a son of the late Stanley and Sally Story Reese. He had worked as a truck driver for many years. Stanley enjoyed sports, especially golf and watching the Cowboys, Duke and Nascar. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and grandkids. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Erin Reese. Survivors include his wife, Linda Reese of the Home; his children, Mandy Waksmunski (husband Mike), Kyle Reese (wife Brittany), Carrie Mccroskey (husband Matthew), Kimberly Calloway and Jennifer Johnson; his brothers and sisters, Donna Leonard, Joey Reese, Sherry Zajac (husband Wayne), Victor Coffey, Wesley Coffey, Paul Dean Coffey and Steve Reese; his grandchildren, Marissa, Alexa, Hailey, Hayden, Aiden, Colin, Railey, Layla, Cailey, Cadence and Theresa; he is also survived by numerous other relatives. A celebration of Stanley’s life will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Day 3 Church in Granite Falls.
