Spencer Franklin Mcgee

Spencer Franklin McGee, age 81, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Amorem in Hudson North Carolina.

Spencer was born on October 27, 1941 to the late Wade and Grace McGee.

Those left to cherish his memory are; his wife, Ruth McGee, son; Danny McGee (wife; Sherrie McGee), daughters; Debbie McGee (husband; Dwayne Belcher), Denise Philyaw, (husband; Greg Philyaw) sisters; Pat Borders, Rebecca Lackey, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Spencer loved to joke and tell stories. He knew no stranger anywhere he went. He enjoyed fishing, going on cruises and his biggest love was food.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Amorem Hospice of Hudson.
