Shirley Fallin Miller

Shirley Fallin Miller, age 86, of Hudson, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at her residence.She was born December 3, 1935 in Roanoke, Alabama to the late Richard Hobson Fallin and Ora Bernice Fallin.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Robert Terrill Jackson; brothers, Ralph Fallin and Ronald Fallin and infant brother; sisters, Hazel Coffey, Joyce Owens and Norma Elliott. Survivors include three daughters, Sherry Justice, Regina Bolick and husband Jeff, and Tammye Jackson; daughter-in-law, Debbie Jackson Jenkins; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; brother, Doug Fallin (Peggy); sister, Virginia Anderson; special friend, Cheryl Wilson and daughters in love, Cathey Smith, Bonita Reed (James), and Carol Brooks (Steve). Shirley was a mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother (Nanny) to so many.She enjoyed retirement by spending time in Cherokee fishing and going to Harrah’s. She loved being able to attend all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s ball games and activities. She truly cherished spending time with her family and friends. Her spunky, humorous, and sassy personality will live on through her memories. She was definitely one of a kind and will be greatly missed. The family would like to give a special thanks to Amorem-Hospice staff for their kindness and love for our precious momma. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Evans Funeral Service Chapel conducted by Pastor Steve Hendrix and Doug Fallin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amorem-Hospice or local Alzheimer’s Association.
