Shirley Ann Eller

Hudson, NC-Shirley Ann Eller, 72, of Cedar Valley Road, Hudson, passed away June 4, 2013 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Born May 20, 1941 in Caldwell County, she was a daughter of parents Maynard Lee Eller, Sr. and Madge Kirby Eller. She was preceded in death by her late parents Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Lee Eller, Sr.; sisters, Doris Eller Craig and Linda Jean Eller, two brothers, Maynard Lee Eller, Jr. and Albert Wayne Eller. Survivors include two brothers, Horace R. Eller and James F. Eller, Sr., both of Hudson; three sisters, Barbara E. Prestwood of Lenoir, Polly M. Rogers and Martha E. Bumgarner of Naples, Florida as well as many wonderful nieces and nephews whom she treasured. The funeral will be conducted by Reverend Mack Jarvis, Dr. Wade Dellinger and Reverend Leon Morrow at First Baptist Church of Hudson at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 7, 2013. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:30 until 2:00 PM in the Sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Hudson. Pallbearers will be her nephews: Max Prestwood, Jr. Jackie L. Miller, Jr., Jeff Bumgarner, Todd Bumgarner, Jerry Bumgarner, Charles Eller, Allen Wayne Eller and James Eller, Jr. A private burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
