Sherry Lynn Triplett

Sherry Lynn Correll Triplett, 71, of Hudson, North Carolina went home to be with the Lord on June 19, 2022 at Blue Ridge Healthcare in Valdese. Sherry was born on September 12, 1950 to the late Raymond Harold Correll and Dorothy Pearl Griffin in Caldwell County. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by great grandson, Elijah Addison Story and son-in-law, Wesley Scott Jett. Those left to cherish her memory are her spouse of 55 years, William Barber Triplett; daughters, Melissa Jett-Dunn (husband, Russell), Billie Adkins (husband, Brian), and son, William Bradley Triplett (wife, MacKenzie); brother, Gary Correll (wife, Louise); grandchildren, Jeffrey Story (wife, Jessica), Olivia Mejia, Katie Hanek (husband, Nicholas), Brandon Jett (wife, Rhian), Christopher Adkins, Amanda Adkins, Karlee McGarvey, Christopher Dunn, Ryan Dunn; and sixteen great-grandchildren. Sherry was a bible believing Christian who enjoyed reading, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She particularly enjoyed her customers at Bojangles. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on June 25, 2022 at Cedar Rock Baptist Church in Lenoir where she attended.
