Sharon Campbell

Hudson – Mrs. Sharon Ekard Campbell, age 52, passed away on February 25, 2020 at Caldwell Hospice. Sharon was born July 27, 1967 in Caldwell County to “J.D.” John David and Pearl “Cricket” Ekard. Sharon was a devoted member of Refuge Missionary Baptist Church. Sharon is survived by her husband of 27 years, Jeff; son, Ben Campbell; two daughters, Kaylee Austin and husband, Justin; and Megan Campbell; brother, David Ekard and wife, Crystal; and grandson, Brayden Austin. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews. A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at Refuge Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 1:30 PM with Pastor’s Darren Peterson, Jerry Woodie and Steve Coonse officiating. Internment will immediately follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Lucas Ekard, Tommy Gragg, Mark Pope, Ben Burch, Brandon Milam and Jonathon Ethridge.
