Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Sarah Flippin Waugh, age 72, of Lenoir, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2009 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late, Robert and Velva Patterson Flippin, and the wife of James Lloyd Waugh. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
