Sarah Frances Bell

Mrs. Sarah Frances Bell, age 67, of Lenoir passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare.

Born on February 15, 1956, Sarah was a daughter of the late Keener Fred and Cecil Mae Kincaid Bell.  Sarah enjoyed working in her flower garden.  She loved animals, especially her dog, Max.  She enjoyed working in general.  The thing Sarah enjoyed most was spending time with her grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Deva Laws Francum; brothers, Norman and Gary Bell; sisters, Jean Lane and Linda Champion.

Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Bradford Thomas Clark; a daughter, Christy Laws; a sister, Cathy Frye; a brother, Rodney Bell (wife Wanda); grandsons, Deago Bush and Dorian Frye; Sarah is also survived by numerous other relatives.

A celebration of Sarah’s life will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Pastor Ron Burgett officiating.  Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Lenoir.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
