Sandra "Sandy" Lynn Oxford Seehorn

Sandy Oxford Seehorn passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024. She was born in Caldwell County to Linda and Mike Oxford. She was a member of Poovey’s Chapel Baptist Church.

Sandy is survived by her husband Farrow Seehorn, daughter Anna Cannon, mother Linda Oxford, niece Jenna Stamper, Brother in law Rob Simonson and her beloved fur babies Elvis, Max and Daisy.

She was preceded in death by her father Mike Oxford and her sister Nikki Simonson.

Sandy was employed by the Foley Center and Wolf Moon Salt Cave. She worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 28 years. Sandy was a certified Lymphedema Therapist as well as a Cosmetic Surgery Therapist. Sandy was a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner and a skilled, certified Reiki Practitioner.

Sandy had a huge heart, giving spirit and dedicated her life to helping others. She loved music, outdoor activities, reading, spending time with family, friends and her dogs. She was always the first one to help out and the last to leave because she was always helping clean up.

Sandy will be deeply missed by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Sandy would be honored to know that memorials were made to one of her favorite charities, Friends for Animals PO Box 1884, Morganton, NC 28655

A private memorial service will be held.
