Sandra Lee Davis Kinsella

Sandra Lee Davis Kinsella, 58, of Long View passed away on January 19, 2025, at Catawba Valley Medical Center after a brief illness.

Born on March 4, 1967, in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Isaiah Davis and her surviving mother Charlotte Stout Davis. She was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, and friend to all who knew her. Sandy was an avid reader and loved Historical Fiction novels. She had a very close circle of online friends that she made daily contact with to check on them and ensure they were all right. She was a faithful caregiver for her husband and her mother. She loved and sought out Bible studies to deepen her knowledge of the word of God.

When she was in middle and high school, she played the viola and had a love for music. Sandy was also a fervent artist and had a passion for crafting and creating her own artistic creations.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Scott Kinsella; her grandfather Charlie T. Stout, her grandmother Ethel Freeman Stout, two aunts Martha Stout Shook and Orpha Susie Roberts and an uncle Richard Allen Stout and her cousins Christina Gail Shook and Larry Wayne Shook.

Survivors include her mother, Charlotte Stout Davis of Hickory; a step son, Cam Kinsella; five uncles; Larry Benny Shook, Raymond Stout, Gregory Stout, Charlie Stout Jr., and Lincoln Stout, and several cousins and extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. John Henry McCoury officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The address for Holly Hill Memorial Park is 401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360.
