Roxie Ann Price Church

Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Roxie P. Church, age 94, of Lenoir, died Monday, October 26, 2009 at her home. Born July 3, 1915 in Caldwell County, Mrs. Church was a daughter of the late William Carter and Mamie Dula Price and the wife of the late Glenn William Church. Other than her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Clarence Edward Church. She is survived by 3 daughters, Annie Braswell and husband Cecil of Hudson; Peggy Swink and husband Paul of Lenoir; Mary Jane Minton and husband Mack of Lenoir; 3 sons, Willard Church and wife Glenda; Ray Church; Daniel Church and wife Judy, all of Lenoir; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park with Reverend Steve Butler officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 7 until 9 PM at Evans Funeral Service in Lenoir.
