Roger Eugene Hilderbrand

Roger Hildebrand, 72, of Granite Falls, NC, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Roger was born on May 1, 1952 to Howard and Rachel Hilderbran.

Roger loved the outdoors.  He enjoyed playing golf, hunting, and fishing.  He especially enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play sports.  Roger worked as VP of manufacturing at Blumenthal Mills, Marion, SC for 18 years.  Then moved to Granite Falls where he worked at Shuford Mills in Hudson, NC where he retired.

In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by son, Christopher Hilderbrand, sister Theresa Bailey.

Roger is survived by his wife Terri Hilderbrand of 40 years; sons, Eric Hilderbrand (Amber), Brent Hilderbrand (Hannah); daughter, Andrea Hilderbrand; grandchildren, Addison, Conner, Hunter, Ridge; brother, Coleman Hilderbrand; and sister, Cathy Harris.

The family respectfully requests, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Living Hope Church, 1890 Connelly Springs Road, Lenoir, NC 28645.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday October 25, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Living Hope Church, 1890 Connelly Springs Road, Lenoir, NC 28645.
