Roger Dale Clark

Roger Dale Clark, age 65, of Granite Falls passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 following a long battle with cancer.He was born July 19, 1955 to Sue Crawford and the late Thomas Dale Clark.He spent most of his life driving a truck for local carriers and later as an owner/operator.His hobbies included fast cars, boats, fishing and camping with his family.Including his father, he is proceeded in death by Grannie Annie and Grandma Clark. Those left cherish his memory include his wife of 44 years, Jewel Snyder Clark; his sons Thomas (Debra) of Taylorsville and Justin (Heather) of Urbandale, Iowa; his grandchildren Colby, Addison, Gracie, and Trezdon; mother Sue McCrary Crawford; brother Larry Thomas Clark; brothers/sisters in laws and their families. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.Rev. Paul Schronce will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Robbins Center (Hospice) of Hudson, NC or Bethlehem Church of God in Bethlehem, NC.
