Robert "Doug" Douglas Dula

Robert “Doug” Douglas Dula, age 56, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord on November 10, 2021.He was born August 12, 1965 in Caldwell County to the late Roger James Dula and Pauline Ford Dula of Hudson. Doug enjoyed fishing, carpentry, and was always joking with family and friends. In addition to his mother Pauline, he is survived by his wife Beverly Summerow Dula; one son, Robert Dillon Dula; brother, James Dula and fiancé Karen Icard; sister, Donna Paisley and husband Heath; nephews, Chance Paisley, Drew Gray, Seath Gray, Joseph Gray, Lucas Brittain, Tanner Brittain, Jacob Coonse, and Jordon Nelson; nieces, Amber Cox, Gracie Brittain, Alexis Coonse, and Olivia Nelson; sisters-in-law, Kathy Gray and husband John, Pam Brittain and husband Patrick, Julie Coonse and husband Steve, and Tina Nelson and husband Bud; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Walking By Faith Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Marvin Ford and Rev. Mark Dula.Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be:Bud Nelson, Jacob Coonse, Joseph Gray, Drew Gray, Chris Smith, and Jonathan Scronce.
