Robert "Bob" Augustine Navarro

Robert “Bob” Augustine Navarro, age 70, of Hudson, NC passed away from lymphoma, surrounded by his wife and children on June 26, 2023. Bob was born on August 28, 1952 in Los Angeles, CA to Gilbert Navarro, and Esther Jimenez. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Gilbert Navarro and son-in-law Sgt. Robert “Robby” Bowman. He is survived by his wife, Virginia “Ginny” Navarro, his children Robert Navarro II; Michelle Klemensberg; Erik Thompson, and his four grandchildren. Bob was honored to serve as Military Police in the US Air Force. After, he earned a Masters Degree in Business, and continued to serve the community as a Police Officer, Home Security Specialist and Access Control System Designer. He was doting and devoted to his family. His grandchildren brought him tremendous joy. He enjoyed traveling and many outdoor activities, especially with his family. He was also dedicated to his church where he volunteered countless hours. A memorial service will be held at Waterlife Church in Lenoir NC on Saturday July 1, 2023 at 2pm with Pastor Todd Braswell officiating.
