Rita Osborne

Rita Mae Osborne, 68, of Lenoir passed away on September 18, 2022. Rita was born in Caldwell County to the late Lee and Edna Billings on September 13, 1954. She was married to David Osborne for 30 years. Rita was known for her love to go shopping, and was known to be a “shop-a-holic.” She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend that will be missed.

In addition to her parents, Rita is preceded in death by her brother James Billings.

In addition to her husband, Rita is survived by her two children: Charlie Osborne and Rebecca Osborne. She is survived by her four grandchildren: Cory, Byron, and Jacob Triplett and Samantha Saunders. She is survived by her brother Ronald Billings of Lenoir.

There will be a graveside service held at Old Roaring River Baptist Church Cemetery in Traphill, NC on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 2:30 pm.

The family will receive friends and family at Evans Funeral Service on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
