Rickey Haynes

Lenoir- Rickey Eugene Haynes, age 63, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare. He was born in Caldwell County on September 1, 1955 to the late Guy and Helen Haynes. Rickey was a faith born Church of God member who joined both North Side Baptist Church and Mt. Herman United Methodist Church. He tried to serve Jesus Christ, not the churches. He worked at Broyhill Particle Board for 31 years and subcontracted to Air Systems for 18 years. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Arthur Guy Haynes, Jr. Rickey is survived by his children, Christopher Haynes, Joshua Haynes and Tamara Haynes; sisters, Brenda Johnson; Penny Bumgarner and husband, Bobby; brothers, Dennis Haynes, Donald Haynes and wife, Laura; and Tim Haynes and wife, Lisa; sister-in-law, Debbie Haynes.; 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
