Rebecca Ann Winters

Morganton – Mrs. Rebecca “Becky”Hood Winters, age 52, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Burke Hospice & Palliative Care. She was born in Caldwell County on November 1, 1963 to Joseph Hood and the late Joann Greene Hood. In addition to her father, she is survived by her son, Dallas Winters and wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Brandi Winters; brother, Terry Hood; sister, Sandra Miller and husband, Larry; boyfriend, Jim Williams; and grandchildren, Jade, Lillian, Nathan and Christian. A celebration of Becky’s life will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Danny Carr officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at the Confidence Advent Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 prior to the service.
