Rebecca "Becky" Stafford

Rebecca “Becky” Stafford, 78, of Granite Falls, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson.

Becky was born on September 23, 1945 to late William Charles Barlow and Irene K. Barlow.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husbands, Dallas Wayne Cook and Fred Lee Stafford; sisters, Linda B. Shew, Gwen B. Alford; and brother, Charles Barlow.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Dallas Wayne Cook II and wife April and children, Iva, and Dallas III; daughter, Sandie Stafford Bolick and children, Richard Bolick II and Kayleigh, Cody Bolick and wife Taylor and great grandchild; Josie; siblings, Bobbie B. Holloman and Clinton Barlow and wife Gail; and treasured friend Jerry Reid.

Becky loved traveling and most of all loved the beach.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  Becky’s natural medicine was laughter.  She loved her co-workers and her neighbors whom became family to her.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Blue Ridge Memorial Park with Reverend Jim Hamby officiating.
