Raymond Chandler Hudson- Mr. Raymond Edward Chandler, age 78, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Caldwell Hospice. He was born in Caldwell County on January 14, 1941 to the late Jones and Mabel Chandler. He is survived by his son, Steven Chandler; daughter, Sandra Chandler Moretz and husband, Darrell; brother, Kenneth Chandler; sisters, Faye Pritchard and Kathy Jordan. A graveside service for Mr. Chandler will be held at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 4:00 PM. Military Honors will be provided by the North Carolina National Guard and the Caldwell County Veterans Honor Guard.
