Ralph Goodman Hall

Ralph Hall Granite Falls, NC – Mr. Ralph Goodman Hall, age 87, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Caldwell Hospice. He was born in Caldwell County on May 19, 1925 to the late Arvil Sylvanus Hall and Lula Clow Triplett. He was married to Margie Austin Hall of the residence. Mr. Hall was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Fred Hall and his aunt, Ruby Coffey Hall. Other than his wife, he is survived by his sister, Artie Hall Miller; nieces, Loretta Greene and husband, Ray; Rita Stinnett and husband Phillip; Karen Greene and husband, George; Christene Scott; Sue Graham and husband, Harry; Demie Presnell; nephews, John Winebarger and wife, Ruby; and James Winebarger and wife, Pat. A celebration of Mr. Hall’s life will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 1:00 with Pastor Larry McCracken and Pastor Jim Hamby officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with military honors. Pallbearers will be members of Mr. Hall’s Sunday School class. The family will receive friends from 11:30 until 1:00 prior to the service.
