Ralph Eugene "Curly" Martin

******Due to an unforeseen situation, services have been postponed until a later date.We will announce service times when they are rescheduled***** Ralph Eugene “Curly” Martin, age 91, of Lenoir, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Brookdale of Lenoir.He was born September 12, 1929 in Caldwell County to the late Ralph Edward and Edith Robbins Martin.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Eurline Lewis Martin. Survivors include a daughter, Janet (Neil) Cantor; granddaughter, Sarah Broyhill; great-grandson, Jackson Broyhill; sister-in-law, Mickey (Tom) Helms; and numerous other relatives. Curly was a member of First Advent Christian Church of Lenoir and served in numerous positions over the years.He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later time. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to all the staff at Brookdale of Lenoir for becoming family during the pandemic and the exceptional care they provided for the last two years.
