Phillip Wayne Martin, Jr., age 70, of Taylorsville, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Caldwell UNC Health.He was born April 18, 1951 in Surry County to the late Reverend Phillip W. Martin and Viola Rash Martin of Lenoir.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Teresa A. Martin of Lenoir. Surviving are two brothers, Jeffrey A. Martin and Brent E. Martin (Sylvia) of Lenoir; one sister, Linda G. Martin of Lenoir; a niece, and several nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:30 am on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Evans Funeral Service.A private graveside service will be held by the family.
