Perry Brown

November 25, 1957 — September 3, 2024

Perry Kenneth Brown, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Wake Forest University Medical Center. He was born in Caldwell County on November 25, 1957 to the late Juanita Brown Eastwood. He was married to Victoria Townsend Brown, of the home, for 31 years.

Perry was enjoying his retirement from his maintenance electrician career. He liked to ride motorcycles, traveling with Vicki, working in his yards and he loved spending time with his great- niece and nephew, Lily and Sawyer Gryder.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Kirk; step-father, Richard Eastwood and his father-in-law, Dana Townsend.

Other than his wife, Perry is survived by his niece, Brande Kirk of Florida and her daughter, Aubreyana; brother-in-law, Wayne Townsend; niece, Heather Gryder and husband, Justin; mother-in-law, Rachel Townsend; and several close, and loved friends.

There will be a memorial service celebrating Perry’s life in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 3:00 PM with Pastor David Jarrell officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 prior to the service.
