Lenoir- Mrs. Pearl Olivia Smith Adams, age 99, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at College Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A private graveside service will be held Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
