Paul Wesley Banks

Lenoir, NC- Mr. Paul Wesley Banks, age 62, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Mr. Banks was born in Mitchell County on May 8, 1949 to the late Frank James Banks and Julia Webb Banks. He had worked at Bernhardt Furniture Industries for more than 25 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Banks, and sisters, Mary Banks and Peggy Henson. He is survived by his sister, Ernestine Laws and husband, Bill of Hickory; brother, Bruce Banks and wife, Brenda of Hildebran; brother, Michael Banks and wife, Lisa of George Hildebran; sister, Wanda Smith and husband, Johnny of Hickory; brother, James Banks of George Hildebran; and his close friends, Jill and Franklin Keys and their children, Ginny, Brayden and Gavin Keys; Jeff and Julie Justice and children, Hunter and Jordan. The family will hold a greeting of friends and remembrance service for Mr. Banks at 102 Shady Lane, Lenoir, NC 28645, on Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 2:00 until 3:00 PM.
