Nettie Dew Bell Wilcox

Hudson, NC- Nettie Dew Bell Wilcox, age 63, of Dragstrip Road, Hudson, died Friday, May 26, 2006 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory. Mrs. Wilcox came in to this world January 2, 1943, a daughter of the late Keener Fred and Mary Lucille West Bell. Mrs. Wilcox was the head of housekeeping for Caldwell County Hospice and Palliative Care, and attended Mountain Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Lynn Wilcox York of Lenoir; Lisa Wilcox Hobbs and husband Curtis of Little River, SC; one granddaughter, Amber York of Hickory; one great-granddaughter, Chloe Lynn Carroll of Lenoir; three sisters, Gloria Watson and husband Johnny; Martha Jones and husband Paul; and Sylvia Pennell and husband Gary all of Lenoir; two brothers, Wayne Bell and wife Dorothy of Granite Falls; and Jerry Bell and wife Shirley of Lenoir. A celebration of Mrs. Wilcox?s life will be held 3:00 P.M. Monday, May 29, 2006 at Mountain Grove Baptist Church by Dr. Cliff Black.
