Nellie Mae Kincaid

Nell Kincaid Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Nellie Mae Kincaid, age 86, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Kincaid was born in Caldwell County on September 1, 1927 to the late Ivey Kincaid and Pearl St. John Kincaid. She was married to Roy L. Kincaid of the residence for 63 years. Mrs. Kincaid was a faithful member of Ambassador Baptist Church for more than 25 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene Kincaid and Carroll Kincaid; her sisters, Colean Shell, Johnsie Holman and Evie Lee Craig; and great-grandson, Caden Crisp Chester. Other than her husband she is survived by her son, Roy Dale Kincaid and wife, Jeanie; daughter, Tammy Phillips and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Daren Kincaid; Kim Laiklam; Kelly Greene; Richard Crisp, Jr.; Brandy Crisp; Jacob Crisp; great-grandchildren, Katelyn Kincaid; Andy Kincaid; Eli Kincaid; Laura Laiklam; Luke Laiklam; Logan Laiklam; Leah Greene; Caleb Greene; Seth Greene; Jonathan Greene; Tabitha Greene; Titus Greene; Morgan Crisp; step-great-grandson, Jonathan Greene; Caleb Crisp; Elijah Chester; step-great-grandson, Nate Chester and step-great-granddaughter, Roxie Chester; and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mrs. Kincaid̢۪s life will be held at Ambassador Baptist Church on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 10:00 Am with Pastor Robert Setzer officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Daren Kincaid, Richard Crisp, Jr., Jacob Crisp, Derrick Chester, Mark Laiklam and Luke Laiklam. The family will receive friends at Ambassador Baptist Church on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 6:00 until 7:30 PM.
