Ned Bail Clark

Ned Clark, 95, of Caldwell County passed away on February 23, 2021. Ned was born on June 22, 1925 to the late Lyman and Bonnie Clark in Haywood County. Ned was a Navy veteran who served in World War II and the Korean War. Ned retired from the Navy in 1965 and lived in McClean, VA until moving to Caldwell County in 2016. In addition to his parents, Ned is preceded in death by his first wife Vera McGee Clark. He is, also, preceded in death by his second wife Mary Louise Clark. Ned is preceded in death by his brothers: Jerry Clark, Hubert Clark, and Ted Clark. He is preceded in death by his sisters: Francis Nolan Clark and Barbara Burnette Clark. Ned is survived by his children: Sheila Clark Greer, Terry Clark (Debra), Keith Clark, and Brian Clark. Ned is, also, survived by his sisters: Ruth Clark McElrath, Trixie Clark Haney (Gerald). Ned is survived by his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The family will have a private service held to honor Ned’s life. Inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
