Millard "Ron" Ronald Eller

Millard Ronald Eller “Ron”, age 77 of Troutman, NC passed away March 19, 2024 at S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House in Mooresville, NC. He was born February 28, 1947 to the late Millard Fillmore Eller and Annie McGuire Eller Bowlin.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-father, Paul J. Bowlin, brother, Wayne Eller, sister, Gayle Cline and son-in-law, Lee Byrd.

Ron was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Allena Roberts Eller; son, Troy David Eller and Yanira of Wake Forest, NC; daughter, Rebecca Eller Byrd of Charleston, SC; sister, LaVonne Hartley and husband, G.W. of Hudson, NC; brothers, Wade Eller of Laurel Springs, NC; Steven Eller of Caldwell County; David Bowlin and wife, Joy of Austin, TX; Paul Bowlin, Jr. and wife, Cheryl of Lenoir, NC; grandchildren, Lincoln Cash Eller; Erin Grace Strickland; Michael Heath Strickland; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

A memorial service celebrating Ron’s life will be held at Union Grove Baptist Church on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Sam Craven officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 3:00 prior to the service.
