Miguel Matias

On Friday, May 29, 2020, Miguel Matias, loving father of two children, passed away at the age of 55 and went to be with his God. He passed away at Wake Forest University Medical Center. Miguel was born August 6, 1964 in Guatemala and his sweet home was and always will be in Lenoir. He was married to Juana Matias. They raised one son Geovanni and one daughter Catarina. He is preceded in death by his father Matias Pascual Miguel, mother Eulalia Juan and one brother. Survivors include two children, Geovanni Matias and Catarina Matias of Lenoir; numerous brothers, one sister, nieces, and nephews.
