Mary Crowder

Franklin– Mrs. Mary Keaton Crowder, age 72, passed away on February 25, 2016 at Angel Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her father Carl Keaton. Also preceding her in death was her husband James Crowder. She is survived by her mother Elsie Bandy Keaton. She also has one daughter Jessica Norris. Mary is also survived by three brothers, Robert Keaton and wife Virginia, James Keaton and wife Beverley, Donald Keaton and wife Tammy. She also has one sister, Brenda Crane and husband Bill. The special joys of her life were her grandchildren, Keleigh Smith, Stephanie Norris and Levi Norris. She has one special niece Kim Smith and husband Scotty and one special nephew Billy R. Crane and wife Sherry. Mrs. Crowder was of the Baptist Faith and she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A memorial service honoring Mrs. Crowder’s life will take place on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 4754 Old NC 18, Morganton, NC 28655. Pastor Douglas Price officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, P.O.
